The purpose is not to evaluate outcomes or force clarity, but to create awareness and self-understanding at your own pace.
How to Use This Worksheet
Use this worksheet in a way that feels most supportive to you. You may complete it in one sitting or return to it over time. You do not need to respond to every prompt—choose the questions that feel most relevant. Writing in full sentences, brief notes, or single words are all appropriate. You may pause, skip sections, or stop at any time.
Closing
Reflection does not require completion or resolution. Insight may continue to emerge after you step away from the page. Use what feels useful, release what does not, and return to this activity as needed.
